Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your choice to utilize our services. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain an efficient scheduling system, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the vacant time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any charges. Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show: In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment (no-show), a cancellation fee will be charged. The fee will amount to 20% of the total cost of the appointment. Please be aware that this policy is in place to ensure the effective utilization of our time and resources, as well as to accommodate other clients in need of our services. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Payment for cancellation fees can be made either at the time of rescheduling or during your next appointment.
